Data Collection

Caribbean Value Card agrees to securely store all data collected.  Caribbean Value Card does not share or sell or barter data collected from its customers, vendors or partners.  We agree to use the data for the sole purpose of the marketing of products and services of the Caribbean Value Card only.

This page explains our Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions and not the policy of any of the listed vendors, partners or suppliers.    Caribbean Value Card, operates independently and  does not represent any other party listed on our website.  

The Caribbean Value Card offers all customers estimated savings and added value offered by the respective vendors.  Caribbean Value Card, does not commit to any specific offer, discount or value for any product or service.

Cancellation Policy

Purchase of Caribbean Value Card is final and non-refundable.  Our cards are issued virtually and are non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash and expires and is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. 

A Caribbean Value Card cannot be canceled after the date of purchase except in situations listed below..  Should the card owner be unable to travel, the card may be reissued for a period next more than 12 months from the date of cancellation, providing that the cancellation was due to following only unforeseen events:

1. Death by a member of the traveling party.
2. Cancellation of flight due to the Act of God in the place of origin or destination.
3. Travel Advisory against the destination for which the card was purchased.

Requests for cancellation must be initiated within 24 hours of your travel date by emailing admin@caribbeanvaluecard.com. The request for cancellation must be supported by the following documents:

1. Valid ID
2. Proof of reason for cancellation.

If the request for cancellation is approved, funds will be returned to the card used to purchase the Caribbean Value Card. Processing time will be a maximum of 5 days in addition to the processing time of the respective card and bank.

Caribbean Value Card is not responsible for any fees associated with the processing of cards.  

Once purchased, this card is only valid in the specific island you purchase the card for.  Under no circumstance should your card be used on another Caribbean island unless the client purchases a multi island card.
